Bulac ay nagpasimula nang taong 1976 sa pamilya ng Castillo - mag-asawang Cosme Castillo (namayapa na) at Susana Gojo Cruz, mga anak na sina Narcisa, Trinidad at Carlos. Datirati'y sumasamba ang mag-anak sa lokal ng Balasing ngunit gawa ng distansya, nagbukod ng pagsamba sa Bulac.

Ang Brgy. Nagpandayan, mga kulang pitong (7) kilometro sa kabayanan ng Guimba, Nueva Ecija ang ikalawang bunga ng lokal ng Tampoc II. Ang una ay ang lokal sa Brgy. Sta. Cruz ng bayan din ng Guimba. Nagpasimula ang misyon dito sa mga huling bahagi ng dekada 80' nang madestino si Kptd. na Benito Ronquillo sa patnugot ni Kptd. na Alfredo Manangan.
